About Dubai DCA: The Desk Behind the Case Files

Every other file on this site is about your debtor. This one is about us — who runs the desk, how a placed file actually moves, what we charge and when, and the handful of principles that decide how we behave when your money is on the line. You are vetting us the way we vet debtors. Correct instinct. Here is the registry entry.

The direct answer

Dubai DCA is a Dubai-based B2B debt collection desk working for creditors abroad with debtors in the UAE, part of an international collection network operating since 1999. We run the amicable phase ourselves — verification, demand, negotiation, field — and take files judicial through UAE-licensed advocates engaged inside the same file. One fee model: contingency — no recovery, no fee. Five working languages, all seven emirates.

What we are is easier to see against what we are not. We are not a law firm — though licensed counsel works inside every judicial file. We are not a call centre reading scripts at your debtor from another continent — the desk is here, in the debtor's time zone, able to stand in their lobby. And we are not a debt buyer: the claim stays yours, we work it under mandate, and our percentage exists only if your money moves. That alignment — we eat what we recover — is the honest answer to why our free review sometimes says “this one isn't worth pursuing.”

Who We Are, and Who Sits Across From You

A network desk · A local presence · A single point of contact
The desk

Cross-border collections is our only trade

The network behind this desk has been collecting B2B debts across borders since 1999 — long enough to have seen every excuse in several languages, and to know that the excuses are not the file: the documents are. The Dubai desk applies that experience to one corridor — foreign creditor, UAE debtor — which is narrow on purpose. The registries, the courts, the free-zone taxonomy and the cheque regime you have read across Files 01 to 08 are not research we did for a website; they are the furniture of the room we work in daily.

Practically, you get one case handler who speaks your language, writes you plainly, and owns the file end to end — verification through remittance. On the debtor's side, the same file speaks the local language of commerce: letterhead with a Dubai address, calls in the debtor's working hours, and a representative who can appear at their premises. The distance that made your own chasing easy to ignore is exactly what we remove.

How a File Runs, From Placement to Remittance

48-hour review · The mandate · The system you have already read
The lifecycle

You already know our method. That was the point.

A file starts at hello.collectionagency-dubai.com with your invoices, contract and correspondence. Within 48 hours you get the free review: debtor verified against the registries, the jurisdiction question answered, and an honest viability verdict — including, sometimes, the advice not to spend money on this one. If the file is worth working, you sign a mandate that fixes the contingency percentage in writing, and the machine you have read about starts: the sixty-day amicable system of File 02, then — only where needed and only with your sign-off — the judicial route of File 03.

Two things stay constant throughout. Reporting: every demand, call, visit and debtor response is logged, and you see the log — the same discipline that later makes the court filing airtight makes your updates concrete. And consent: escalations that cost money — filing, execution steps — happen with your approval, with fees quoted before, not after. Recovered funds are remitted to you with a settlement statement; our percentage comes out of recovery, never out of your pocket in advance.

The Principles That Decide the Hard Calls

What we do when the file gets complicated · And what we refuse to do
PRINCIPLE 01

Honest verdicts, early

The free review exists to say true things: this claim is strong, this one is disputed and belongs with a litigator first, this one isn't worth your money. A desk paid on recovery has no reason to romance a dead file — and telling you so on day two is a service, not a failure.
You getA verdict, not a pitch
PRINCIPLE 02

Documents over drama

Every step is built to be shown to a judge later: written demands, logged calls, signed acknowledgments, dated visit reports. Pressure that cannot survive scrutiny is pressure we don't apply — which is also why our files convert so cleanly when they do go to court.
Side effectCourt-ready by default
PRINCIPLE 03

Firm, lawful, courteous

We collect hard and we collect politely — no threats the law doesn't back, no harassment, no theatre. Your debtor may be your customer again next year; the UAE business community is smaller than it looks, and your name travels with our conduct. We behave accordingly.

What Creditors Ask Before Placing a File

7 answers · mirrored in the FAQPage schema

Are you a law firm?

No — we are a debt collection agency. Court representation in the UAE is reserved to licensed local advocates, and we engage that counsel inside your file when a claim goes judicial, under the same contingency arrangement. You get the advocate without managing a second retainer.

How are you paid?

On contingency: a percentage of what we actually recover, fixed in writing in the mandate before work starts. No recovery, no fee. Court and execution fees, where a file goes judicial, are scaled to the claim, advanced only with your approval, and generally awarded against the debtor.

Do you buy debts?

No. The claim remains yours throughout; we work it under a collection mandate and remit recovered funds to you with a settlement statement. If you are looking to sell a portfolio outright, we will say so plainly at the review — that is a different market.

What kinds of claims do you take?

B2B claims against debtors in the UAE — unpaid invoices, contracts, dishonoured cheques — for creditors based abroad. The free review gives an honest viability verdict on your specific file, including claim size, documentation and the debtor's position, before you commit to anything.

Do I need to come to Dubai?

No. Placement, the review, the mandate and all reporting run remotely in your language; our side handles everything that needs a physical presence — field visits, court filings, notarised paperwork. The power of attorney for judicial files is prepared through your local notary and the attestation chain.

How quickly will I hear back?

The free review lands within 48 hours of receiving your documents. Once a mandate is signed, the first demand typically goes out within days, and you see the file log as it grows — every demand, call, visit and debtor response, dated.

What does “part of a network since 1999” mean?

The Dubai desk belongs to an international collection network that has worked cross-border B2B claims since 1999. For you it means one thing in practice: the desk chasing your UAE debtor answers to a quarter-century of method — and if you also have debtors elsewhere, the network covers those corridors too.

About this siteThe case that runs through Files 01–08 — case #AE-2026-01184, AED 412,000, the Milan creditor and the Dubai trading debtor — is illustrative: a composite built to show the method, not a client's confidential file. The statutes, registries, procedures and timelines described are real and current to the best of our knowledge; none of it is legal advice on a specific claim, which is what the free review is for.
